Mr. Fero received his Bachelor’s Degree from St. Lawrence University in 1998 and his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law in 2003. He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and a board member of Ducks Unlimited. Timothy E. Ingersoll is a partner in the law firm of Fero & Ingersoll, LLP. Mr. Ingersoll represents clients in the areas of divorce, separation, custody, support, domestic violence, adoption, and other areas relating to family law. He also specializes in the areas of QDROs (Qualified Domestic Relations Orders), bankruptcies, estates, and real estate.
Mr. Ingersoll received his bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College in 1986 and he received his law degree from Syracuse University with honors in 1989. He was admitted to the New York State Bar Fourth Judicial Department in 1990 and subsequently to the Federal Bar in the Western District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court. He was elected and declared a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society and is a recipient of the William E. McKnight Award Volunteer Service Award.

Jennifer L. Adams McLaren is an associate at the law firm of Fero & Ingersoll, LLP. Ms. Adams works as an attorney for children who are involved in the legal process .She also represents clients involved in the areas of divorce, custody/visitation, support, support enforcement, and other general areas of practice.
Ms. Adams received her bachelor’s degree in History from Messiah College in 2009, where she graduated summa cum laude and with honors. She received her law degree, cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2012. During law school, she was recognized for her participation in the American Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Team and for her service as an Executive Editor of the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation. She is also a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.
In 2013, she received her Master of Laws from University College of London in 2013.
